Becoming A Resident

All residents must have at least 30 days sober prior to entering The Path. Call us for a brief phone screening. Following the phone screen you will schedule an appointment for an assessment. All residents are expected to be employed full-time, enrolled in school full-time, volunteer full-time, or be in an IOP within the first two weeks. There are no clinical services provided at The Path but we have referrals for mental health providers who accept a variety of insurance as well as sliding scale programs for those who are uninsured.

Location/Cost/Benefits

The Path is located in beautiful Forest Park, IL.  We are within walking distance to an AA club-The Suburban Fellowship Center and walking distance to public transportation.  The cost of The Path is $140.00 per week.  Included in that fee is weekly individual recovery coaching, computer access, and no cost laundry facility. The Path hosts two twelve step meetings per week and attendance is required.  There is also a weekly community meeting which is also required. Residents have an opportunity to participate in The Path alumni group and functions upon successful completion of The Path.
